Broken Bed

amalthiaLast night the bed I'm using on broke. Luckily I wasn't already in bed, apparently my brother jumped on the bed one too many times. Tom and I had to remove the matresses, which btw wasn't that easy. Queen size bed large mattress...
So before we go eat lunch, see a movie, and go car shopping we are fixing the bed. The support boards are fucked up. One screw is completely missing, the toher two ripped through the wood like butter. Frozen butter to be more accurate. I'm sure the screws didn't fall through the first time they put the matress on the wooden frame.
It's just annoying. One thing after another keeps happening and I've only been here 5 or 6 days and I still have another 14 days to go.
The good news is we do have the tools to fix the problem.
