Plan C, or How Rodney McKay Lost His Wife and Gained a Galaxy by [livejournal.com profile] toomuchplor (Sheppard/Mckay) INSTANT REC!!!! This was too funny. :)

Not a lot today, at this point I'm beyond frustrated because I can't rid of this malware and I keep getting pop ups that crash my browser, eat up memory, so I can't vid, barely read stories without interruption, or play warcraft. GRRRRRRR i'm hoping after a good night's rest I'll be able to find a solution tomorrow.

The good news is the stories and vids really helped take my mind off things.

decided to reformat

I came to the conclusion that it would just be quicker to reformat my laptop and reinstall all my programs than it would be to track down what's causing the pop-ups and removing it.

Luckily I don't actually save anything to my laptop, so I only had to back up email settings, ftp, sony connect software stuff, and etc...

I just hope this reformat and re-install does the trick. I've never been so vexed wtih my computer. (okay this for this year because I can remember lots of other times I just reformatted because I couldn't find another solution.)
