Okay now what i want to know is how is it that I never heard of this story???? I practically ran across this by accident browsing angstslashhope's 168 story rec page. Not going to lie this story is freaking long and apparently it was a WIP for some time but it's completed now. What I loved about this story is how real Sam and Dean are and that it covers the two/three? years before Sam leaves for college. Seriouslly, there just aren't a lot of long stories in Supernatural fandom. (compared to the epic novels I've found in HP) Anyway, once I started reading I couldn't stop, stayed up to 3AM!!!!! and then had to go to bed and finish when I woke up.

Basically, the sex is hot, the character voices felt spot on, there's plot! and I loved seeing the push/pull in Sam and Dean's relationship as brothers and eventually lovers. Not sure what else to say about the story except that it managed to keep my interest and I was supposed to be revising my SGA fic and my beta reader is going to kill me because i'm not finished with the revisions because this story (which is over 1mb long! I checked) took over my life for hours!

I had some other stories to rec but it just doesn't seem fair to rec them in this post considering how much I went on and on about this one story.
