Amalthia's recs and fan works

I can't believe how many people are rising up to this sga_flashfic challenge. I have like 20 tabs opened with stories I need to read. I'm really looking forward to it though I feel kind guilty for not participating.

I even came up with this idea where John kidnaps Rodney because he thinks Rodney raped his sister, and doesn't realize until after he rapes Rodney in retaliation that he grabbed the wrong person. I SWEAR I've read a romance novel where something like this really happened! except it was a girl that got kidnapped and abused by the guy and then weirdly enough she falls in love with him later. It only took about 500 pages...and more torture for the two characters...they published some whacked out shit back in the 70s.

But anyway, back to feeling guilty. I still haven't finished my Worst Case Senerio challenge, and I'm debating on writing more on it tonight or watching the second half of Threshold. Hmm I'll figure this out by the time I finish taking a shower. :)

edit: actually I may go ahead and write this story anyway. It has some serious angst potential. I just don't think I can get the two guys to fall in love in less than 10 pages, and all I really feel like writing is the rape scene and the part where John finds out Rodney was innocent.

Sting of Destiny This is a sga_flashfic challenge story, it was really fun to read, I laughed more than once during the story and that's a good thing. :) Oh and it was romantic and sweet. :)
